About Peeker AI & This Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Peeker AI ("Peeker", "we", "our"), a product of Scale Your Leads LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. By using Peeker AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use Peeker.
1. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
Peeker AI is a B2B software platform. It may not be used to promote or support illegal activities, unauthorized data access, or spam-based marketing tactics.
By using Peeker, you confirm that:
- You are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
- You are not using Peeker for any activities prohibited by law, or Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy (if using Paddle to process payment).
- You will not use Peeker to resell or relicense data acquired through our platform.
2. License & Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Peeker AI for your internal business operations. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute Peeker AI or its output.
- Circumvent usage limits or license restrictions.
- Share access outside your agency or company.
Each license is limited to use by one business entity (agency or company).
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
We offer multiple subscription plans to meet different needs:
- Free Plan: Limited features for testing purposes
- Starter Plan: $197/month for small teams
- Professional Plan: $347/month for scaling agencies
Billing & Cancellation:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.
Free Trials:
We may offer free trials for paid plans. Trial terms will be specified when you sign up. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
4. Data & Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate in Peeker. We do not resell or repurpose your content. You must ensure that your data usage complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you integrate.
We do not claim any ownership over your data, but by using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content for the purpose of delivering Peeker's services.
5. Third-Party Services & API Integrations
Peeker integrates with third-party APIs and data sources. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those providers.
We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party data. Peeker does not impersonate, affiliate with, or claim endorsement by any external platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Crunchbase).
6. Service Availability & Disclaimer
Peeker is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or complete accuracy of data.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice. We are not liable for:
- Service outages or interruptions
- Loss of data or opportunity
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Bot-created or automated accounts are not allowed.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Peeker at any time for violation of these Terms. Termination may result in loss of access to your data or account.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your data seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Peeker complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.
