1. Who we are
Peeker, Inc. ("Peeker," "we," "us," "our") provides data‑enrichment and automation software that lets revenue teams discover, clean, and use business contact data (the "Services").
2. What we collect

We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. Cookies & similar tech
- Strictly necessary – keep you logged in. Always on.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) – off until you opt‑in via the banner.
- Advertising (LinkedIn Insight Tag) – off until you opt‑in.
You can clear cookies in your browser or change preferences in our banner.
4. How we use your info (legal bases under GDPR)

We do not train AI models on customer‑uploaded data.
5. When we share it
- Vendors – AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), HubSpot (support).
- Other Peeker customers – only the licensed B2B contact data, never the private lists you upload.
- Legal/law enforcement – if we're compelled by a valid subpoena or court order.
- Business transfers – merger, acquisition, financing.
- With consent – any other disclosure will be opt‑in.
6. Storage & security
- Data stored in U.S. AWS regions, encrypted at rest (AES‑256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Role‑based access; MFA required for Peeker staff.
- Retention: we delete or anonymize personal data when it's no longer needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Your privacy rights
- Access / download / correct / delete your personal info.
- Opt‑out of marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link).
- Do Not Sell / Share – for U.S. state laws, email us to opt out of the licensed contact‑data marketplace.
- EEA/UK – right to object, restrict, port, and lodge a complaint with your Data Protection Authority.

8. International transfers
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions when transferring EEA/UK data to the U.S.
9. Changes
We'll post an updated Policy with a new "Effective Date" and, if changes are material, email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect.
